9:45-10:15 Center exploration: Letter review, journal writing, puzzles, play dough, paint, hermit crabs. Special center project, “where do I live?” Home decoration & memorization of addresses.
10:15-10:30 Wash hands/Snack
10:30-10:45 Free play
10:45-11:45 Library!
What a nice mellow ending to a busy week. The children were busy doing their regular crafts, and also had the opportunity to memorize their home addresses. Both did a great job at memorization & had a wonderful time decorating their ‘homes’! Our library time had a pleasant surprise as the program for the day happened to by bi-lingual (English/Spanish), what a treat!
